Develop the layout design to final production tooling files for all injection moulded parts.
All casework components and card handling parts were developed and built in I-DEAS 3D CAD and assembled on the print engine CAD model.
Continuously monitored checks on the assembly model confirmed design intent and critical component fit.
Fully detailed part files with draft and shutoff features etc were produced for a rapid protoype prove out model, mouldflow analysis and injection mould tooling.
